What this site is

Crawl Care Charlotte is an independent referral service. We connect homeowners with licensed crawl space companies in the Charlotte area. We do not inspect, quote or perform any work ourselves. Any inspection, quote, contract, warranty or work is between you and the company we refer you to.

No fee to homeowners

Using this site and requesting an inspection is free. We may receive a fee from partner companies for referrals. This does not change the price you are quoted.

Cost estimates

Price ranges on this site, including the cost calculator, are general estimates based on public cost guides and typical local pricing. They are not quotes. Only a written quote from a contractor is a price.

Partner companies

We check that partner companies hold a North Carolina license and liability insurance at the time we start working with them. We do not guarantee their work, schedule or pricing. Please review any contract carefully before signing.

Contact permission

By submitting a request or calling, you agree that we and one partner company may contact you by phone, text or email about your request.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Crawl Care Charlotte is not liable for any loss arising from work performed by a partner company or from reliance on general information on this site.
