Who we are
Crawl Care Charlotte (crawlcarecharlotte.com) is an independent lead referral service for crawl space work in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. We are not a contractor.
What we collect
When you fill out a form or call, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, the problem you describe and any message you add. We also record the page you were on, the page you first landed on, how you found us (referrer or campaign tags) and, for calls, the number you called from, the time and the call length. Calls may be recorded where the law allows, and you will hear a notice before any recorded call.
How we use it
- To pass your request to one licensed crawl space company that serves your area so they can contact you.
- To follow up and check that the company contacted you.
- To measure which pages and sources produce real inspection requests.
Who we share it with
We share your request with one partner company at a time. We do not sell your details to lead lists, data brokers or multiple contractors. We use standard tools (analytics, form handling and call tracking) that process data on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics
We use basic analytics to count visits and form submissions. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
